Returns policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 1 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:
Returns are accepted if the product is defective, or if the wrong color, category, or item was delivered.
Returned items must be in complete condition as received, including original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and any additional items.
Return requests must be submitted within 1 x 24 hours after receiving the item, along with photo/video proof of the product upon arrival.
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
Returns will only be processed after our team verifies the condition of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to the seller’s error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping).
Returns can be processed in the form of:
Exchange with a new product according to the original order.
Replacement with a similar product of equal value (if the original item is out of stock).
Refund of the product value (excluding shipping fees).
The seller reserves the right to reject returns if the above terms and conditions are not met.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
