Pearls that detach from their setting due to a factory fault.
Tarnishing or fading of metal components within a short period due to production issues.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or exposure to chemicals.
Products that have been altered or repaired by third parties.
Claims made after the warranty period has expired.
Claims without proof of purchase or a valid warranty card.
4. How to Claim
To make a warranty claim, customers must:

Return the product to our store address (shipping costs covered by the buyer unless the fault is on our part).
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
